Allied Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Pty. Ltd. was conceived back in 1974 from humble beginnings when David Broadbent started the Company.  Not long after he welcomed two new partners, Bill Good and Royce Bainbridge.

Then situated in Marcia Street, Coffs Harbour, David was joined in 1985 by son Sean Broadbent as an apprentice.  AAA continued to grow and in 1992 moved to bigger premises around the corner in Lawson Crescent (top photo), then expanding the business to include stainless steel and sheet metal services with new partner Jim Dunn.

 In 1993 David Broadbent retired leaving his eldest son Sean and partner Jim Dunn to continue the family business and take it to the new levels of customer quality and service you receive today from Allied Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

We recently moved into our new premises located at 1/24-26 Isles Drive COFFS HARBOUR and also merged with Miller's Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.  This means we now boast a ‘mostly local’ staff of 34 people.

MEET SOME OF OUR HIGHLY QUALIFIED TEAM!

 

 Sean Broadbent (Company Director) – Sean started as an apprentice with his father in at the age of 18 and after 22 years now solely runs Allied Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. His staff of 25 consists of many specialists in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Sheet metal/stainless steel work. Sean is also an expert in his trade and takes pride in his Companies quality of work & after-sales customer service.

Allan Dunn (Installation Manager) – Allan also began his career at Allied Air Conditioning as an apprentice doing sheet metal work (with his father Jim). It wasn’t long before he went on to complete his refrigeration trade and today Allan specialises in all types of installations (small domestic to large commercial jobs) in both air conditioning & refrigeration and manages our expert installation team.

Brendan Dunn (Service Manager) – Another specialist in his field, Brendan has also worked his way up the ranks at Allied Air Conditioning to become one of our most valuable employees. Starting as an apprentice refrigeration mechanic his natural talents were obvious and soon extended to air conditioning and these days Brendan manages our air conditioning, refrigeration & service maintenance team.

 

 Ross Currell (Sheet Metal Specialist) – Ross has been with Allied Air Conditioning for nine years now and is your specialist when it comes to all types of sheet metal work and stainless steel fabrication. Whether it’s commercial or industrial stainless steel sheet metal works or light fabrication, Ross’s talents continue to expand along with our growing business and your companies’ needs.
